Landmark has extensive expertise in the development, construction, operation and acquisition of prestigious full-service and limited service hotels across the nation. The hotel projects that we have constructed have a combined development cost of over $1 billion with individual hotels as large as 1000 to 1,100 rooms. Our hotels have carried the prestigious brands of the Hilton Hotel Corporation, Hyatt Corporation and InterContinental Hotel Group. The principals and executives at Landmark have developed and operated more than 50 hotels. In 1999, Landmark was the first company granted rights by the U.S. Department of Defense to develop, own and operate hotels on military bases. Today, Landmark continues to successfully own and operate these hotels on US Army bases. Landmark also developed the Austin Airport Hilton Hotel which was the first hotel financed with tax-exempt bonds issued by a public facility corporation. We were also an early leader in the growing trend to integrate luxury private residences into upscale high-rise hotels.
We develop hotels at the best locations and flagged them with the right brand. Whether it is a Grand Hyatt Hotel or an InstaLodge Hotel, Landmark maximizes the returns to our investors and partners by building the right hotel in the right market at the right cost.
