The Landmark Consolidated organization has a broad spectrum of experience in the development and construction of high profile commercial, residential, retail and mixed-use projects. We also have proudly managed and operated many of the hallmark properties that we have developed.

Our portfolio has a vast range of diversity. We have developed office buildings in urban areas as well as big-box retail spaces in suburban markets. Our residential projects range from multifamily properties developed on U.S. military bases to urban high-rise luxury residence towers.  Landmark’s residential developments include properties with residences for sale as well as properties with residences that are leased to residents.

In an effort to enhance the lives of military families, in 1996 Landmark was the first private company to join forces with the U.S. Department of Defense to privately develop and own military housing. This initial cutting edge partnership was with the US Navy for the development of two multifamily projects near Naval bases in South Texas. Subsequently, Landmark went on to partner with the U.S. Department of Defense to develop two additional U.S. Navy projects in South Texas as well as two multifamily developments on the Lackland Air Force base in San Antonio, Texas.

Our goal has always been to provide residents and users of our communities and buildings with highly desirable and superior living and working environments. Landmark has committed a substantial amount of our resources to developing our own training and management curriculum for our property management team so we can be further assured that we will always achieve our goals and high standards, even well after the property’s grand opening.
